OVERVIEW
Having worked with so many companies of all shapes and sizes in my career, it never ceases to amaze me: The frequent presence of one or more major, obvious and easily-solved mistakes made in enterprise and personnel management, such as:

- lack of regular strategic and competitive reviews
- lack of visibility/accountability systems and reporting (starting with KPI’s)
